Air Conditioner blowing hot air

I have a 2008 Octavia Skoda 1.6 MPi The air conditioner just stop working ,the fan is not coming on and the compressor is not engaging i seems electrical , ut all the fuses seem good what else can I check. Thanks.

Check the AC heater fuse, blower motor relay,blower switch, resistor and blower motor-
