The timing chain is a non schedule replacement part and at 63k, it is way too early for it to require attention.

Yeah it is. Anyways im working on a brake she now and removing the c washer is very difficult at times. Is there a tool for that? If there is where may I get it? Thanks

The special tool I use is a screwdriver and a hammer.
Hold the screwdriver against both tips of the clip and use a hammer to punch the screwdriver. The clip would open itself up.
