My scion tc will not start its not the alternator we did a check we also changed the battery and the starter. What else could it be. The lights will come on but the car will not turn over and the starter, does not make the clicking sound.

Make sure battery terminals are clean and tight. Check starter relay.

You need to check to see if there is power to the starter. Have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for power to the smaller wire on the starter. You should have 12v. Let me know what you find.
