2008 Saturn Vue replaceing mufflers

I recently bought 2 glass packs for my 08 saturn vue xr i havent put them on yet because i wasn't sure if it would cause damage to anything I have two separate pipes that come out of my engine into to catalytic converters and they both go into a muffler in the middle of the car but come out as one pipe and go into another muffler and come out as dual exhaust would this hurt my car if i cancelled out the 2 inlet one outlet muffler?

Please understand, we only recommend direct fit parts. In this case, you may have problems with the emissions system setting trouble codes which can fail it for emissions. If they made the parts for the car, however, in theory, it should work.
