The car will not accelerate fast at all, rpm doesn't like to pass 2,000 and will not pass 45 to 55 mph. Engine feels like it is bogging down. Rpm also fluctuates. Also when going up hill speed drops dramatically.

This could be the result of a few things. Is the check engine light on? Have you checked the catalytic converter for plugging? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?

Yes the check engine is on. I have not checked the converter. And I just recently put a fuel pump on it. No problems solved. Could it have something to do with the computer? I did some research on my car and mine is one of many the came out with electrical issues. Such as radio screen blacked out, locks, power steering, and brakes.

At this point, I wouldn't think it deals with that. First, have the computer scanned to see what trouble codes are stored there. Since the check engine light is on, there will be codes. Most parts stores will do it for free.

Let me know what you find.

I ran codes after all the parts I put on it. Check engine is still on and no codes are showing.

That is odd. Was their scanner able to connect with the car's computer?
