2008 Saturn Astra Jumped This Monring Check Km S Rent Vehicles Living Everything

So I jumped in the Astra this monring and check my km's as I rent vehicles for a living and everything worked fine. It went for a clean up came back and no dash lights working, no warning lights on, no gauges moving power door locks not working either. I checked every fuse I could find on the car all are working none blown and all have power going to them and still not working. I need some help please and thanks in advance.

So did you check to see if you had power on both sides of the fuses with the key in the run position?Also have you made sure the battery cables are clean and tight?What is the voltage at the battery and the fuses?
