I am experiencing a vibration at idle that can be felt in the steering wheel

Hello. I have a 2008 Saturn Astra, manual transmission with 120,000 Kms. . It also sounds loud outside of the car, you can hear the vibration. Also, it seems as though it is idling low and the rpms fluctuate at random times. This all started at the same time. The rpm issue is not consistent but the vibration is. I have been to the dealer with no success. Help! Thank you
