when backing up there's a noise

On my 2008 Saab 95 2.3T, This happens 98% of the time and especially during cold weather and when the car has been washed. Any idea?

Have the brakes checked out-sounds like the brake caliper pistons are not fully retracting and still engaging the brake rotors
