2008 Porsche Cayman Engine problem

I accidentally added water to the engine oil cap instead of the water cap I added almost a small cup , after it happened the car started making a bad engine noise and releasing heavy white fumes from the exhaust , I am really panicking .

hard telling what it is l, if it was a small cup then it should be ok and it may be coincidental. You shold get the oil changed pronto though. if it still continues to blow whitesmoke have it checked for a head gasket.
