Why does my car run above 200F? It is not low on water,has no leaks.

I haven't looked at your thermostat rating, but, I don't consider 200 degrees F to be overheating? I'll take closer look at your vehicle specs.

It shows 180 degree thermostat in the partsbook. Your low speed cooling fan doesn't turn on till about 223 degrees F. I don't consider 200F overheating.
