my coolant is all mucked up

theres a brownish gray fluid where coolant should be. It keeps saying reduce engine power. THE CAR HAS NEVER HAD A TUNE-UP

flush the cooling system, do that tune up and scan for any unresolved fault codes, also just check the transmission oil level, if low or dirty looking report back with what you see.
