I had my pedal sensor and throttle body replaced. Mechanic said he tried to reset computer three times with my new and old parts but it kept kicking it out. He said I need some part from the dealership that I can't get from the part store and it costs 1000 bucks. Some type of wire something I could not make out the receipt that he gave me.

By the sounds of it he replaced the throttle body and APP sensor and neither one fixed the problem so now he wants to change the whole wiring harness. He's expecting you to pay for his misdiagnosis and mistakes. I would tell him you already paid to fix the problem and now it's his problem to get it resolved.
