As I was about to exit the interstate today I dropped my automatic G6 into neutral, as I always do. The interstate slopes down and my exit is about 1/2 mile away. In my mind I like to think I'm saving gas. As I came up on my exit I went to shift back into drive but instead I accidentally shifted into reverse..... What happened next was not good. When i came up on the bottom of the ramp my car died at about 15 mph. I put it in park. Waited a few seconds. Then turned it over. It started and I'm now sitting as a gas station until my boyfriend or you can help me out. Can I still drive my car? What damage could I have possibly done? Trust me... I won't be driving it like that anymore!! Thank you.

All you said is what happened was not good. What happened? If it started and is running and shifting, why are you worried?
