car won't go over 30 mph without vibrating

my car is riding like it is on its emergency brakes...it feels stiff...if i go over 30 miles an hour when i accelerate it starts vibrating....Do you have an idea whats going on? There is vibrating under my foot. my brakes are still working and my car is switching gears so i don't know what could be the problem.

you are feeling pulsation from the rotors it sounds like. Or the brakes are hanging up in therear. Have them checked out.
