2008 Opel Astra water tank overflows

Car started overheating on inspection found coffee coloured oil substance in water tank. Flushed system 3 times but water receiver keeps getting oil like tan coloured oil substance mixed with water. Dip stick is fine and no water on cylinder head cap.

It sounds like you have a bad head gasket that is leaking into a water jacket. Try this. When the engine is cold, remove the radiator cap and start the engine. Does coolant shoot out?
