2008 Nissan Sentra vibrating noise underneath car

Drivers side rear door area. It vibrating sound when I gas get a little bit louder. Do I need muffler or what part of the exhaust system?

My eyes aren't that good to see what is needed from here. How about if YOU look underneath for a hole in the exhaust system to see what is needed. I can't hear it either to tell if it even is an exhaust leak. The best approach is to have the vehicle inspected by your mechanic.
