2008 Nissan Sentra Gx Qg13 Engine T They Only Released Philippines Problems

I have a nissan GX QG13 engine a/t they said it is only released here in the philippines.

I have problems with rough idling and engine really vibrates. especially when aircon is on and when i am in drive with brake, or park or neutral.

Initially I changes spark plugs and the problem went away but after a month in went back. pls. help., any solutions?

If the idling speed is too low, it would cause the problems indicated. Try cleaning the throttle body and IAC (if equipped).
If the Malfunction Indicator Light is showing, get a scan done to check for trouble codes and let us know what they are.
