My 2008 Nissan Pathfinder is pulling to the right. The steering wheel is also jerking (almost pulsing) toward the passenger side as well especially at speeds of 25 - 50 km/hr. After that, the steering wheel vibrates but is less noticable. An ideas?

Could be a tread separation in one of the front tires. Get it to the tire place and have it inspected straightaway. Most of them will do this free of charge.
