It was working fine last night, but this morning I washed my car and when I went to lock it up, the horn barely hooked. I got in the car and tried to start it, but it would not start. My windshield wipers started going and I could not turn them off. I tried inserting the key the jack if your car won't start and that didn't work. I don't know if it is the remote or the car battery or both. I finally got things to turn off, but nothing is working.
