can brake caliper rubber joins be repaired

some burning smell is coming from left side tire and the **** is becoming very hot .
plus the brake caliper which is having 2 pistons is not letting both come out in same time when pushing the brake pedal .

so is it repairable ( i mean the rubber covering the pistons )
and how to repair it if possible .

You can get caliper o/haul kits, what you are seeing is just the dust book, there is a seal inside the caliper for each piston, if seized it can be very difficult to remove, this is normally a job for a mechanic, you can buy compleate calipers as well, i would check local prices.
