Now that its cold (0*-45*F) the heater is making a whining noise as certain levels. Most of the times its a high pitched whine but occasionally its changes pitch. If its on high the noise isnt there and if its off its obviously not there but in between it starts to whine. It doesent matter if I am moving or parked and it doesent change when the car is cold or warmed up. Any ideas?
