Steering and accelarator vibration starts at about 90kmph

The steering vibration started when brake pads are replaced at 60000, since then tried several things lke all 4 new wheels, wheel balancing, wheel alignment(after alignment for one or two days vibration is at very minimum) but nil help and now I feel verymuch irritated what can be the cause

Were rotors replaced/resurfaced when brakes done?

Is it a thump shake or a wiggle sideways/back and forth shake? Could be bad cord in a tire? If someone drives along by you on road they may be able to spot shaking wheel if that's problem.
