the circuit of the engine cooling water is a problem with, have pressure and is sending the water out of the reservoir cap, the mechanic already changed the water pump thermostat and radiator, remains the same, can you help me find the problem please? thanks

Is engine overheating? ie. maybe boiling over? Any smoke from exhaust? does cooling fan operate?

Sounds like ahead gasket pressurizing the system check coolant system with a pressure check for a bad head gasket like an internal leak then pull plugs and check compression
