2008 Mercury Milan Tighten Serpentine Belt Done This Before Just Replaced

how do i tighten the serpentine belt...never done this before and i just replaced the water pump and i can't figure out how to tighten it...i know there is a tensioner pulley but which one is it?

What year ? can u help me on the removal of the pulley from camshaft??
