problem when on the road

we had facing a problem of Mercedes Benz ML320 diesel. previously the car unable to start when 1st came in to our workshop, after check the diesel pump malfunction, we had replace the diesel pump. After replacement, the car able to start but when on the road, unable to go high speed, max speed only reached 30mph, tested diesel pressure more than 200kg. My question is, how would be the problem for this kind of issue?

Check that the injection timing is correct, if the pump been off this may well be the problem.

using computer check, injection timing no problem.any other suggestion??

It sounds like a governor problem or lack of fuel supply.
