I was driving thru flooded roads,,about 2 feet deep for about 10 minutes.
Water never came into the car cabin area and I never stopped driving.
No problems going thru the water that day but now, 3 weeks later my car engine is running much louder.
No clunks or noticeable noises,,,just much louder.
Performance is the same and no problems starting.

Could I have water in the engine, damaged my fan and cooling system.

What else could this be and should I have it looked at?

Thanks
