Hello,
This is likely an issue with the electronic throttle actuator. These drive by wire units can have short on the circuit board and can trigger engine no start, regardless of the throttle position.
There is a relay for the actuator under the hood fuse block (see diagram below). Inspect the relay for any corrosion or bunt pin(s).
