2008 Lincoln Navigator There Reprogramming Sequence Heater Fan Stuck High Only

Is there a reprogramming sequence for the heater/fan is stuck in high and the only method to turn it off is pressing the off button and then turning off the key. There is no adjustment while it is on and stuck in this mode...it just stays in high and the fan is in high also.
