No front running lights

I bought a used car recently and have noticed that neither of the front parking lights come on when I rotate the switch on the stalk to the first detent. It seems strange that both bulbs would be burned out at the same time, but not an impossibility. Going to check the fuses first, but I don't believe there is a fuse just dedicated to the parking lights. The bulbs are difficult to remove. I don't know if I can do it. Is there any known wiring issue associated with this or has anybody out there encountered this before.

Do the taillights and dash illumination light comes on when the lights are turned on?
I looks like the running lights are power by the same fuse

Read the guide below on using a test light, best way to check fuses and for power

The wiring diagrams for you exterior lights are attached below

We just purchased this car and noticed the passenger side tail light and passenger side parking light (yellow) in front are both out. In addition, the dash lights are not working. Is this a fuse issue?

Thanks

Could be, I would start by checking the fuses then the bulbs, also you should know that, the way vehicles are made now, is that several components will be on the same ground, therefore, if one thing goes bad*shortsout) then everything on that ground will or could be affected, causing them not to work either, this is mostly in the electronics of the vehicle, so use that info when checking on these items

My front turn-signals come on when you turn on the parking lights but they dont flash when you hit the turn signal. All my lights seem to be working.

Including the rear parking lights and turn-signals. The rear ones still flash when you flip the switch, its just the front that doesn't.

Check for a bad ground. Chances are power is back feeding into that circuit.

This should be physically looke at by a pro but sounds like a ground problem like maybe battery to body ground or headlight ground. Unless a module is bad but kind a doubt that.
