What is wrong???

I have a 2008 Kia sorrento. All the fuses are blown, there is a clicking noise coming from the engine compartment fuse box and the oil is bubbling up and looks like chocolate milk

Your battery connections could be backwards/reversed that blew the fuses and milky oil-points to possibly blown headgasket, cracked head and block and intake leak

definately not the battery backwards.

Check the alternator output voltages could be way too excessive
