It started to shudder at times

On my 2008 Jeep Patriot, the traction control light, service light, and throttle control light came on. Now car will not move faster than 15 mph. Any idea ?

That may be related to the Throttle Position Sensor, TPS.
The place to start is to have the trouble codes pulled. Most Advance Auto or Auto Zone stores will do this for free.
