No keys light stays on all night and kills my battery. I don't know what to do.

You would need to find out why the lights are staying on. There are many possibilities and only proper diagnostics would get you the correct answer.

Its not the lights that stay on its a warning light on the dash that says "no key". Also another problem I'm having is that my car doesn't recognize its in park.

Check for blown fuses.
Have the gear shift inhibitor switch tested.
Check the gear shift cable for proper adjustment and/or wear.
