trying to remove driver crush pad lower panel removed some screws cant get away from ignition are there more screws or clips

are you talking about the half clam shell around the ignition key?? if not, post a picture

after the screws are removed, there are clips that hold the halfs together

the lower panel under the sterring wheel is just a half clam shell and ignition is placed into a hole in that panel

You must be refering to the lower crash pad.
there are clips to it and if the hood latch release is intefering, you need to remove it first.
