What causes shakes/vibration in steering wheel when driving, happens constantly?

Tires starting to show wear, was aligned a few months ago. Shakes constantly at any speed.

Get it check by a wheel alignment/suspension specialist to find out what causing the shakes-

My husband says the whole van is shaking and through the steering wheel. Is that the same problem?

Bring it in and have checked out thoroughly this the only way to find out what's causing it I'm not there to evaluate the problem

when you let go of steering wheel it slightly pulls/drifts to left, doesn't stay straight on its own
