The engine vibrates when I start it in the morning. I have sent the car to different mechanics but they are unable to fully diagnose and solve this problem.
this problem erupted earlier this year, but it was solved temporary and it has erupted for the second time.
it is pretty intense when I use the car for a few rounds or when I am stuck in heavy vehicular traffic.

Are you giving them the car the night before so they can experience the problem or are you bringing it in in the middle of the day when the problem isn't present?

I have left the car overnight on different occasions but the mechanic is unable to fully identify and resolve the problem.

If they can duplicate the problem, then they should be able to diagnose it. It could be misfiring and that could have a few different causes. It may be ignition, it may be low fuel pressure but these things would have to be determined during the failure.

I also noticed that the problem is intense particularly when the AC is turned on and when the car is in idle position with the gear in drive.

With that amount of information, I have no idea. It can be dozens of things.

Could be as simple as a misaligned engine mount, or more involved such as a balance shaft being off time. Did this problem occur after a repair, or just showed up on its own?
