What is the problem with my with windshield wipers?

They don't work at all on the intermittent setting and when I turn them on the low setting they run on high, and when I put them on the high setting they run on high as well.

The windshiled wiper switch is probably failing and needs to be replaced.

I used a repair estimation program to get this estimate. The cost of labor per hour will vary from about $55 to $100 per hour depending on whether you go to a private repair facility or a dealership. It is an expensive part and if you go to a private repair facility, they may be able to get you a cheaper switch if it is available.

LABOR HOURS 1.75 hrs
LABOR COST $90.42 $175
LABOR RATE $51.67/hr TO $100/hr
