normal engine temperature on civic coupe 2008

I have a Honda Civic coupe 2008 (USA) the temperature gauge is in the middle (normal temperature) but I feel like the motor is very hot, I scan and read 100°C at engine temperature, Is it right?

212 degrees F. A little high, but not high enough to worry about.
