honda civic 57 1.33 warning lights are all on

petrol on a cat D i have had work done but my clocks are not working and the heaters i then had Diagnostic done on and the report came back as hds not communicating with car. The warning lights are on. Changed all wiring, clocks, heater matrix, looked at fuse box, took it to Honda
