2008 Honda City Engines Chokes While Trying Overtake Vehicle Try Accelerate

The engines chokes while trying to overtake a vehicle or when i try to accelerate suddenly, I'm having this problem since a year now... tried and changed all the spark plugs and not resolved.
Another issue is when I'm driving the vehicle in 60 km/h, there is noise from the wheels if the speed is increased it stops. changed the front wheel bearing and still not resolved.

i would have the cat converter checked for back pressure as it may not allowing the engine to breathe correctly
