2008 Gmc Sierra Turn Wheel Front Left Tire Makes Grinding Noise Also Same Noise

When I turn the wheel the front left tire makes a grinding noise. It also makes the same noise when I go over a bump. Do you know what this might be? My guess is a wheel bearing but I am not certain

Have the bearing checked and get the suspension checked as well, do this ASAP better to be safe.
