2008 Gmc Sierra When I Turn the Wheel the Front Left Tire Makes a Grinding Noise....

When I turn the wheel the front left tire makes a grinding noise. It also makes the same noise when I go over a bump. Do you know what this might be? My guess is a wheel bearing but I am not certain
