2008 Gmc Envoy Car Want Start You Turn Key Lights Will Light Dash Won T Start

My car want start but when you turn the key all the lights will light up in the dash but the car won't start. You can't even hear the car turn over. It won't start. I brought a brand new battery and it still won't start.
