Hi,
Yesterday morning the temperature was -9 celcium. Trying to start the engine for about 15 seconds the battery droped to zero. I managed to start the car later by connecting my car to another car .Everything ok, the engine started immediately but the sound system does not turn on at all . It is a ford fx travelpilot (ford galaxy mk3). i checked the fuse and it is ok.
What can i do? Everything else works ok.
Thanks,

it may be a radio problem like needing a code for it but we don't have those cars in u.s. so have battery checked for condition including a load test.
