High engine rev and idol help

I have a 08 Ford fusion sel. Auto.With 45k. Past few months it has a higher idol
and rev then normal. When I used to press on my gas pedal It would jerk
me forward with no problem. Now I'm the last person in line my car feels
Like a turtle now. The engine or motor always feels like its shifting constantly
I brought to Ford Dealership they scanned it no problems. I need help I'm a
Woman who needs a man's opinion!! also rpms always seem to be shifting.

Has the check engine light ever come on? When do the RPM's seem to jump? Is it at an idle when in park? Does the transmission feel like it is slipping?

Just FYI, the vehicle has a 5 year 50K mile warranty on all emission components. Most sensors fall under that. There is a 0 deductable.
