I need to replace the front sway bar links on the focus. I can't afford it for a couple weeks and want to know if the car is safe to drive in the meantime, even if it is noisy at times?

Your car should be safe to drive for a little while. Just don't drive all crazy! This especially comes into play when driving around corners. Take it easy on turns. You should get them done as soon as you can though.
