WELL, YOU SAID THE SMOKE TEST SAID IT WAS IN THE FILLER ABOVE THE TANK
I SORTA FIGGER THAT'S WHAT MIGHT NEED THE ATTENTION?
AS A HILLBILLY TEST
CAN "YOU" TAKE THE FILLER LOOSE FROM THE TANK???
CAP THE TANK'S INLET WITH A TIGHT FITTING RUBBER/ VINYL CAP, OR SOMETHING SIMILAR OR HECK! JUST DUCT TAPE THE TANK INLET COMPLETELY AIR TIGHT SHUT
CLEAR THE CODE, DRIVE A WHILE (INSURE YOU DON'T EXCEED YOUR FUEL VOLUME!)
IF THE CODE DON'T SHOW, THIS MAY VERIFY IT'S THE FILLER THAT IS THE PROBLEM
I CHECKED 2 ONLINE/ AND LOCAL AUTO PARTS STORES (LIMITED TIME ON MY PART) I DID NOT FIND THE FILLER WITH EITHER. OTHERS MAY HAVE IT, YOU MIGHT CHECK ROCKAUTO.COM OR OTHERS. EVEN THE DEALER MIGHT BE A FINAL OPTION.
HAVING SAID THAT
LET'S LOOK FOR A QUALIFIED AND REASONABLE SHOP TO INSTALL IT, IF YOU CAN'T DO IT YOURSELF.
HERE'S A NATIONWIDE WAY TO FIND THE RIGHT PLACE! SEE MY ANSWER IN THIS LINK

I FEEL SURE YOU CAN, AT MINIMUM, CUT YOUR COSTS, BY LEAVING THE STEALERSHIP OUT OF THE EQUATION!
RETURN TO THIS THREAD AND KEEP US INFORMED ON WHAT YOU FIND AND HOW THINGS GO.
GOOD LUCK!
