I replaced my fried alternator but it still isn't charging. After putting in a brand new alternator it still won't charge? Is there some fusible links I am not seeing? What can I do to troubleshoot this? I Thank you for your attention to this.

First measure the voltage on the generator's output terminal with the engine off. A test light will work fine for this. You must find full battery voltage there all the time. If it's missing, there is a fuse or fuse link wire burned open between there and the battery positive terminal.
