Heat gauge moves very little at idle fully warmed up . Very little warm air out of vents at idle , if you start to drive only cold air blows . Water level OK, new read 300 klm, vehicle use to overheat before read change.

you may have damaged the head gaskets from overheating. have a leak down check done to be sure.

low coolant level, bad thermostat and clogged heater core are some reasons.
