Thanks in advance for any help. I recently had my brake pads replaced thinking the whistle sound was coming from worn out pads. Not the case. It mostly happens when I apply pressure to the brakes in reverse gear. I included a video of the sound. Brake fluid level is fine. Could it be brake booster? Brakes? Some kind of leak?

I haven't seen the video can you try again please? It takes a while on mobile because of the file size. Is the noise coming from the front rear or inside the car, if the noise is inside then I agree with you that the booster is bad here are instructions in the diagrams to help you change it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Thanks, Ken, for the info. The sound is coming from the front somewhere. Not inside and not from the back. I'll try this video again; it says below this reply file successfully uploaded. Thanks again for your time.

Thanks for the video, this is a brake noise for sure, can you tell if it is coming from the front or rear? If this is from the brakes, you just had replaced, I would take it back and tell them. I would use OEM parts because they make some pretty cheap brakes parts these days which squeak like that.
