truck was scanned using ease scantool. it showed u0101 lost communication with TCM and u010D lost communication with turbocharger/supercharger.
Checked all harness connections and everything seems to be in order. Tried resetting but the CEL will just comeback after 2 ignition cycles.

it is a bus communication circuit issue. the wiring will need to be ohmed out to make sure there is no breaks or opens and shorts to powers or grounds.
